COVID in Family – Update

In connection with my post COVID in Family

Just wanted to update you guys, my sister and her family is absolutely fine now. Her 14 days quarantine is over and she has gone back to her home.

We got both homes sanitized after their recovery.

She didn’t have any symptoms throughout, except body pain that lasted for 3 days only.

So everything is fine now.

I keep stressing. It’s not over yet, we are still in the middle of a pandemic. It’s a crisis situation please act like responsible citizens.

Even though lockdown is being removed in several countries due to the economic downturn, it is still urged that you maintain social distances and follow SoPs suggested by global health bodies.

Eat well! This is important!

Keep your respiratory tract healthy, we take steam occasionally and ginger tea regularly. These measures won’t prevent you from catching the virus but it’s going to help you in case (God forbid) you do catch it.

Incorporate immune-boosting food into your regular food intake.

Keep your nutrients in check.

Take special care of people with a compromised immune system and anyone with health complications.

That’s all guys.
