I can’t believe this happened. I have damp eyes saying this. At one point I was going to tear this work apart.
Well.
Let’s begin the art story of this one.
My work is taking every cell of my energy these days and since I have written in my resignation that I will ensure a smooth transition, I can’t even complain. I’m genuinely trying to do my best with this mega project as it’s going to be my last assignment here.
And then out of the blue came that urge to create something and made me sad, because…no time.
Well
I started with outlines of a face and this was laying in my bed for days before further work.
Then finally I started working on it.
It’s been the most organic and beautifully instinctive process, until…
Until this happened…
I don’t know how it got here, and I didn’t like it. I was literally going to tear it off then something told me “Let’s give it a chance in the morning”
So the next day we resumed…
Until it got to this …
This brought teeny tiny tears to my eyes. I liked what I was looking at.
How was I going to give up on her?
I will just stop here. I like her.
Would love to hear your feedback, as your words help me grow.
