I literally couldn’t take it.
I tried to use my skills and I called for mental health coaching and I took pain meds.
I was still absolutely miserable.
I am in so much pain it’s not funny.
I don’t know how to stop it.
So… back to the emergency room I go.
I’m so tired of this place.
I’ll be waiting here for the next three hours easily just to be seen.
Ugh.

hi. what you need is clean drinking water ckean air and the sun. and to walk lots. you are blocked naturally and emotionally.

I use a self hypnosis technique where I visualize myself being full of unwholesome smoke. Concentrating on my breathing I visualize that I breathe in sparkly, golden air and breathe out the smoke. Gradually the smoke within me is replaced with the sparkles. This makes me better and I hope it works for you too.
