And just like that
It was morning again
My dreams fading
My thoughts crowded
I got out of the sheets
Like drapes of the night
Sliding from the day
My nose slightly stuffy
My vision, still clouded
A chill ran through me
When sleep left me alone
Bones creaked as I moved
Body still knackered
My senses half shrouded
I peeked through the tangles
Everything drowned in a haze
Curtains blocking the world
On the windows,
Sun violently pounded
Now I have to get up
For just another day
Time flies in a blink
This sorcery of universe
Leaves me astounded..
P.s. This is one of those poems you start writing and don’t know how to end..lol
