When you hit first key
The masters and the muses take back seat
And your soul breaks free screaming to the world.
All the influences dissolve into nothingness
Like they never existed.
In the end..
All there is left ..is YOU!

I love the way you put so much attention into the details of the eyes. The eyelashes are stunning!
You know it is said that no artist can create without revealing a little something about themselves. I’ve noticed you really focus on the eyes, often in this mixed state of surprise and possibly fear. I may be off base but…still really great art and I thank you for sharing. 🙂

I actually closed eyes for this one then in the end went back and drew opened eyes instead.
That’s right. I can always find something about my own state in every artwork.
I have autoimmune related to eyes but that happened few years back and I have been drawing eyes since I forever. So there is always been some mysterious connection.

Exactly. When you start writing or painting it’s your own self creating something. Learning studying and researching is important your own original content will always reflect you.
