  1. I have not contributed to this because, as luck would have it, I haven’t actually been diagnosed with anything. I do have a friend in the business, though, and I have recommended her to others. One day I said to her, “Do these people realise that I am even more fucked up than they are?” She looked at me and smiled. “Of course they do,” she said, “they are mentally ill. But they are not stupid.”
