Sketching again – charcoal sketch

I better come up with proper titles now i am not doing a good job at it.

Well.

Here is my 1st attempt at Zin Lim style charcoal portrait.

I followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OyqaAHMfwo&t=252s  on youtube.

and since today’s word prompt is Forest let me share a quote from Forrest Gump (because that’s what came to my mind):

    1. I was the same some months bad. I always got proportions wrong. Shading part i could do but proportions..dont ask.
      But once you see a few tutorials and browse a little google images it get easier.
      The character doesnt look like reference image at all 😆
