Just Gibberish – WPC

It’s said we are social animals and human interactions is crucial to your growth.

Then we have seen/read cases of feral kids and we cannot deny the importance of connection with fellow humans.

I know I am talking about extreme cases here.

But then there are people like me. The inbetweeners. Conveniently labeled Introverts.

We go out when we really find the need to and we really want to.

Otherwise our homes are our sanitary, our favorite place to be at any day.

Now the thing is I love outdoors. I love beaches. I love freedom. I am a bit socially awkward but once the conversation kicks in I can talk for hours.

I talk a lot and I laugh alot.

But I am Allergic to unnecessarily arrogant people, nosy people, and exceptionally stupid people….well I think I just covered 99.9% of world population.

Toxic people can never stop trying to pull you down.

No matter what you do, you cant change them.

Being around them hinders your own mental Growth. And its unhealthy. I am talking literally here.  They push you back to your enclave.

And you regret even trying to stop being a hermit.

I went out today.

This is the best picture I could take as I was walking with a woman who was pushing a stroller that pretty much contained half of her home.

I was afraid she might pull out a couch from it.

And oh, there was a baby in it too..

I had a great time with this woman. One of very few people who don’t drain my patience.

Then went to shop for art materials. Remember I told you guys I don’t have a proper red soft pastel?? I got that. Its gorgeous. And I got charcoal powder. Can’t wait to use them.

So.

Talked to somebody sane and understanding.

Watched sunset at corniche.

Added few more materials to survival kit.

It was a good day..

  1. This one cracked me up “But I am Allergic to unnecessarily arrogant people, nosy people, and exceptionally stupid people….well I think I just covered 99.9% of world population.” but its true too.
    A sarcasm portrayed beautifully.

      1. Nope I never said that. But it was all over the news about a year back. Basically what the problem was wireless had limited bandwidth but fibres had no such constraints. Still it’s the wireless that gives unlimited data options (with FUP of course), not the latter.

      2. It depends upon your data plan. Mine has FUP of just 2 GB. And I watch those live streams of video games and anime and sometimes political and economical news. A typical video last for about an hour minimum. So yeah I’m screwed.

      3. Well I’m gonna stick with it. When I will get my own place maybe switch to a better scheme. It’s actually helpful in the long run ‘ause you know you have watch selectively.

  2. This entire post is tremendously relatable, especially this line, “Now the thing is I love outdoors. I love beaches. I love freedom. I am a bit socially awkward but once the conversation kicks in I can talk for hours.” I think those of us seen as introverts or misunderstood, are seen this way because it takes us time to trust, time to read the atmosphere, time to balance our feelings when impeded by another’s. We’re like a slow burn, worth getting to know if you’re patient and kind.
